Yes indeedy it's that time of year again when the champagne will be flowing, party-hats worn and dancing is must! New Years Eve! Yellow has been hitting the catwalk and it gets the tick of approval from us and we have some look-a-like sunny yellow items at Lala so drop by and have a spy!
Choc + Orange = BRILLIANT New Years Fun!
We thought we'd give you another Lala recipe for your New Years party night! Because we love to party and there is no better way to do it than with a Choc-Orange Martini in your hand! Go on, indulge yourself!
Choc-Orange Martini:
What you need:
- Yummy chocolate for glass rimming
- 1 shot of vodka
- 1 shot of creme de cacao
- dash of Cointreau
- Place chocolate into a heat-safe bowl and place over and pot of water
- Heat the water until the chocolate is completely melted
- Pour onto plate and dip rim of cocktail glass into melted chocolate
- Stand glass upright and pop into the fridge!
- Pour the vodka and crème de cacao into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
- Add a dash of Cointreau or Grand Mariner.
- Shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass
